Running four separate analytics modules means four menus and four mental context switches. Open All Dashboards is the all-in-one suite that bundles OpenC's four analytics dashboards for Odoo 19 into a single tabbed view under one unified Dashboards menu.

What Open All Dashboards does

Installing this module automatically installs the four underlying dashboards and adds a unified menu where you switch between them in one click. It is a packaging decision, not a different product: each dashboard keeps the full feature set it has on its own.

Choose the bundle when you want cross-functional visibility — a manager who looks at revenue, spend, warehouse activity and system usage in the same sitting. Choose an individual module when only one domain matters to you.

Key features

Open Sales Dashboard

Revenue, monthly trends, month-over-month and year-over-year growth, top products, top salespeople and revenue by country.

Open Purchase Dashboard

Total spend, RFQ and quotation stages, billing status, monthly spend trend, top purchased products and top vendors.

Open Inventory Dashboard

Transfers by type and status, stock move trends, top moved products, deliveries by country and traceability counts.

Open User Dashboard

Login sessions, online users, activity by application and a detailed, filterable audit log.

One unified menu

A single Dashboards entry with tabs, so moving from sales to inventory does not mean leaving the screen.

Automatic installation of dependencies

The four dashboards are declared as dependencies and installed for you — no manual ordering, no missing piece.

How to set it up

Configuration lives in Dashboards. The full sequence is:

  1. Add the modules to your addons path and update the Apps list.
  2. Install Open All Dashboards; the four underlying dashboards are installed automatically as dependencies.
  3. Open the new Dashboards menu.
  4. Switch between the sales, purchase, inventory and user tabs as needed.
  5. Grant the user dashboard security groups to the administrators who should see activity data.

Good to know

  • The bundle depends on sale_management, purchase and stock through its child modules, so install it on a database where those applications are in use.
  • If you only need one domain, the individual dashboards are available separately.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install the four dashboards manually?

No. They are declared as dependencies, so installing the bundle installs all four automatically.

Can I install the bundle if I already own one dashboard?

Yes. Odoo will simply keep the module already installed and add the missing ones.

Is it cheaper than buying the dashboards separately?

The bundle is priced so that the suite total matches the four modules. Check the current price on the product page.

Does it require Odoo Enterprise?

No. All four dashboards build on Community applications: sales, purchase, stock and the base user framework.

Which Odoo versions are supported?

Odoo 18.0 and Odoo 19.0.
